Summary

Before this re-design/enhancment; admins had no way to edit / create new leases/reservations for apartments without being on the phone with a customer and guiding them through the process. This created a lot of issues, support ticekts and support calls.

Role

Collaborated with product leads, leadership teams and engineering to identify, define and design the new updated administrator landing tool.

Process

Working with Figma design and Figma prototypes to help design out the user flows, wireframes prototypes and final visual designs to hand off to engineering and help implement and launch
