As the lead product designer for Discussions, my core responsibility was to architect and design the end-to-end user experience for all participating user types – students, alumni, mentors, mentees, and advisors – within the discussion threads. This encompassed the entire user journey, from the initial discovery and navigation to engaging in conversations, accessing information, and achieving their individual goals within the platform.
