Project Goal

To design and implement a new Discussions feature that enables seamless conversations, knowledge exchange, support, and content validation among alumni, students, advisors, mentors, and mentees, ultimately strengthening community engagement and providing valuable resources.

Responsibilities

As the lead product designer for Discussions, my core responsibility was to architect and design the end-to-end user experience for all participating user types – students, alumni, mentors, mentees, and advisors – within the discussion threads. This encompassed the entire user journey, from the initial discovery and navigation to engaging in conversations, accessing information, and achieving their individual goals within the platform.
