Elevating Onboarding: Redesigning the Sign-Up Experience

Project Goal

The primary objectives were to significantly streamline the sign-up process, enhance user intuitiveness, reduce drop-off rates, and create a positive first impression for new users.

Process

User Data Analysis: Understanding the Current State & Identifying Pain Points; Examining analytics to identify drop-off points, time spent on each step, and common user errors during sign-up.

Developing Low-Fidelity Wireframes: Quickly iterating on different layout options and user flows for both platforms.

Visual Designs Web and Mobile Ensuring Cross-Platform Consistency and Responsiveness

Collaboration and Communication Worked closely with product, engineering and stakeholders to align the redesign with business objectives and technical constraints.

User Testing and Iteration Planned and conducted usability testing sessions with target users on both web and mobile prototypes to gather feedback on the intuitiveness and efficiency of the redesigned sign-up process.
